Konar Santio

We operate out of 147 Mandakini Enclave, which is over in Alaknanda. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the markets. Our place is basically a home-turned-office where we handle our business affairs. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze because we have our personal stuff mixed in with the work files. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around a table with our laptops. We like it this way because we don't have to deal with the commute or the noise of a city center. Alaknanda is a nice place to be, with some trees and a bit of peace. Our work at Konar Santio isn't flashy. We just do what needs to be done each day. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room because that’s where the most space is. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just wanted a way to work for ourselves and this spot in Mandakini Enclave made it possible. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind us running a business out of the house. It’s a low-key operation. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to stay organized, even if the house gets a bit cluttered sometimes. We don't have set hours really, we just work until the job is done for the day. It's not always perfect, but it’s home.
