Unique Brass

Unique Brass is our small operation located over at C-44 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how hectic the streets are with all the trucks and loaders moving around. We have been in this same spot for years. The walls inside are a bit stained from the fumes and the heat of working with brass, but that is just how it is in an industrial zone. We have a few machines that are quite old now, but they still run fine if you know how to kick them into gear. Mostly, we make small brass fittings and parts that other factories need. It is not the kind of place where you would bring a guest for a meeting. We usually just have some plastic chairs tucked in the corner near the desk. The floor is always covered in metal shavings, no matter how many times we try to sweep it up during the day. Our neighbors at the other units are mostly into garments or plastics, so we all know each other from the tea breaks. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here at C-44 and they drop by when they need something specific made out of brass. It is steady work and it keeps the lights on for the families of the few guys who work here with me.
