Classic Art Crafts

We are over at F201/2 in Shahin Bagh, part of the Af Enclave in Jamia Ngr. Okhla is a busy part of New Delhi, and our little spot is right in the thick of it. We have been doing the art and crafts thing here at Classic Art Crafts for quite some time. The workspace is usually filled with materials and half-finished projects. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly in its place. There is usually some glue or some scrap paper on the floor by the end of the day. We are a small team, mostly just a few locals who enjoy making things. The 110025 area has a lot of energy, and we try to channel that into what we produce. People sometimes walk in just to see what we are working on. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where the real work happens. Sometimes the lights flicker when the power gets a bit low in the neighborhood, but we just keep going. It’s a very hands-on kind of life. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the day is spent with our hands busy. It’s a bit messy, and it’s a bit loud sometimes with the street noise, but it suits us just fine. That’s just the way it is in Shahin Bagh.
