Neelam Overseas Incorporation is up on the first floor at 184 Jiwan Nagar. If you know the area, you know it can get a bit congested, but our spot is easy enough to find once you get inside the building. The stairs are a little narrow, so watch your step coming up. We mainly deal with overseas work, trying to match people with jobs in different countries. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication with agencies and candidates. Most of the day is spent on the computer or the phone. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees; it's just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. The office has posters on the walls and cabinets full of documents. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which makes things take longer than they should, but we manage. Jiwan Nagar is a lively place to be, and there’s always something going on outside. We get people from all over coming in to ask about vacancies. We don't promise anything we can't do, just tell them what is available and what the requirements are. It's straightforward work. We've been in this 1st floor office for a while now and have a routine that works. People usually hear about us through word of mouth since we've been around the block a few times. It’s just how things go here and we stay busy with it.
