Our office is tucked away in Pull Prahaladpur, which is a busy part of New Delhi near the tracks. At D - 524, we spend most of our time looking at shipping schedules and checking boxes. It’s an export business, so there is always something that needs to be packed or moved. The air out here can get thick with dust from the traffic, and the noise of the trains passing by is something we’ve just gotten used to. We have a small team and we mostly keep to ourselves, focusing on the paperwork that piles up on the desks. The light in the office isn't the best, but it works for what we need. We don't have any fancy furniture or a big reception area because most of our work happens on the phone or through emails. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or picked up from a local shop nearby. There are a lot of other businesses on this street, so it’s always a bit of a mess with parking and people moving things around. We’ve had some long nights here when a shipment is delayed or something goes wrong with the documents. It’s just the reality of the work we do. We try to keep things simple and just get the orders out the door without too much trouble. It isn’t always easy, but it’s what we do every day here in this corner of Delhi.
