Tulsi Exports

Tulsi Exports is based out of L-497 in Sarita Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being in the center of the city. We use the ground floor and the basement for our operations. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives and we have boxes stacked up in the hallway, but we manage to navigate around them. We spend a lot of time on the computer tracking where everything is in the world. Sometimes things get delayed in customs, and that means we’re on the phone for half the day trying to sort it out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We have a small team of four people. We do our own packing because we want to make sure it’s done right. The tape dispenser is probably the most used tool in the whole place. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp, especially when we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. If you came to visit, you’d just see us surrounded by boxes and bubble wrap. It’s a simple business run by people who just want to get the orders out on time. We’ve been here for several years and the routine hasn't changed much, which is fine by us. We just keep going.
