You’ll find us on the second floor of a building in Savitri Nagar, at 103-104. It’s a typical South Delhi neighborhood with lots of narrow lanes and small shops. Triad Exports Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while. The office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good space once you’re inside. We deal with exports, so there are always samples lying around and boxes waiting to be taped up. It can get a bit messy during the busy season, but we know where everything is. The team is just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a big lobby. People just walk in and we say hello. We spend a lot of time on the phone with manufacturers and shipping agents. Savitri Nagar can be quite noisy with the traffic and the street vendors, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We usually order lunch from one of the local dhabas nearby when we’re too busy to bring food. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren’t looking to be the biggest company in the world, just one that does its job properly. Our days are full of small tasks like checking labels and making sure addresses are correct. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do, and we take pride in getting the details right every time.
