The Prakaash Collection

The Prakaash Collection has been here in Central Market for quite a while now. Lajpat Nagar-2 is always so crowded, especially on weekends, but we managed to get this spot at E-24. It’s not a huge place, but we keep it packed with all sorts of things. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it gets too hot outside, but we just deal with it. People walk in after visiting the street food stalls nearby, mostly looking for something specific, and sometimes they just want to browse. It gets a bit chaotic with the bags and the displays, and honestly, the floor could use a good polish, but it’s home for us. My father used to handle things before me, and now it’s just the daily routine of opening the shutters and seeing who comes through the door. We don't really do much fancy stuff here. We just stack the shelves, talk to the regulars, and try to keep things organized, even though it never stays that way for long. If you know the market, you know how it is. Parking is a nightmare, so we usually just walk from the metro station. It's a simple life running a shop in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our time just re-folding stuff or checking the inventory lists. It’s loud out there with the rickshaws, but inside it’s okay. That's basically us. Nothing too complicated, just a local business trying to get through the day.
