The Chai Company

The Chai Company is based at S-343 in Panchshila Park. It’s a nice neighborhood with lots of trees and quiet streets. Our space here isn't like a typical office. It feels more like a house because it’s tucked away in a residential area. We have a few rooms where we keep our supplies and do our daily tasks. Most of the day is spent talking about different blends and looking at samples. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who really care about what we do. There’s usually a pot of something brewing in the back, so the whole place smells really good. People from the neighborhood sometimes walk by and peek in. We don't have a large storefront or a big neon sign. It’s just S-343. We like the quiet pace of Panchshila Park. It’s a lot different from the noisy commercial areas of the city. We do our own packing and sometimes even handle the deliveries ourselves. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We don't have meetings in glass boardrooms. We usually just sit around the kitchen table and decide what needs to be done next. The Chai Company is a small project that keeps us busy and happy. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so it feels right to be here. It’s just a simple, honest business without any pretense.
