Tannu Exports

You have to head up to the second floor of 8/8 in Nehru Nagar to find our office. We are right there on the Ring Road. The traffic noise never really stops, it is like a constant hum in the background of everything we do at Tannu Exports. It is not the biggest office you have ever seen. We have some shelves packed with samples and a few old computers that we probably should have replaced years ago. Most days are spent looking at fabric or checking the stitching on samples we are sending out to people. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, and we end up tripping over boxes for a few days until everything gets sorted out. We don't have a receptionist or a big glowing sign out front. Just a door and a bunch of people working. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, which is pretty common around here. We handle all the export details ourselves. It involves a lot of back and forth with the shipping agents. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is decent and that the people we work with are satisfied. It is hard work, and the commute on the Ring Road is a pain.
