Operating out of A1/4 in Panchsheel Enclave is a bit different than being in a big industrial park. It’s a bit quieter here, though the traffic outside can still be a mess during rush hour. We’ve set up our space to handle all the international stuff we do. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, surrounded by folders and sample pieces that have arrived from different places. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to people in different time zones, which means some of us are here quite late. The kitchen area is small, just enough for a kettle and some biscuits. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It is a small team and we all know each other’s business. If someone is sick, someone else just picks up the phone. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get buried under invoices and shipping labels. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back so we can send our emails. It is a plain way of working, really. We just focus on making sure the goods move from one place to another without too much trouble. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the rules and customs stuff, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we mostly know the shortcuts.
