Innovative Clad Solutions Private Limited is located at H-2, Suneja Chambers. We are on the second floor of the Alaknanda Commercial Complex. It is a busy building with a lot of different offices, so the elevators are always slow. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and samples of cladding materials. The office is usually a bit of a mess with various metal and composite pieces lying around on the tables. We are a small team, and we spend a lot of time arguing over technical details or talking to contractors on the phone. Alaknanda is a good area, but parking is a nightmare, so most of us take the bus or a rickshaw. Our office doesn’t have a great view—just the back of another building—but we aren't here for the scenery. We have a big water cooler that is the main gathering spot for gossip and breaks. The name of the company sounds a bit formal, but we are just regular people trying to figure out the best way to wrap a building. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, ordering food and sitting around the big table in the middle of the room. It is a practical office for practical work. We don't have any awards on the walls, just calendars and project schedules. It’s where we get things done.
