Our office is over in C-320 in Defence Colony. It’s a busy part of the city, but our corner stays relatively calm most days. We work under the Consolidated Media name here. Mostly, we spend our time writing and thinking about wine. It’s a lot of desk work, honestly. We have stacks of magazines and papers everywhere. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. You can usually find someone in the office from Monday to Friday, typing away or on the phone. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything. It’s just a regular space where we put the publication together. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a new shipment of stuff arrives. We drink a lot of tea while we're working on the latest issues. People often ask what it's like working in media, and we just tell them it's a lot of proofreading and checking facts. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always stay that way during deadline week. Being in Def Col is handy because there are good places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We’ve been part of this community for a good bit now. It’s just us doing our thing, making sure the pages get filled and the stories are right. Nothing more to it than that, really. We just hope the printers don't break down when we are finishing up a big project at the end of the month.
