Shree Krishna Food Products

Our place, Shree Krishna Food Products, is located at Mehrauli Water Tank 2/213. It’s right near the landmark, so most delivery drivers don’t have much trouble finding us. A variety of food items are made right here. It’s a lot of mixing, packing, and checking dates. The smell of whatever is cooking that day usually fills the street. Some neighbors like it, while others probably don't. A small team of workers has been with us for years. We aren't a big factory with robots. Most of the work is done by hand or with simple machines. Cleaning up takes a lot of time. You have to keep a food place spotless, or it just doesn't work. The shelves are usually full of bags ready to go out. Local shops around Mehrauli and sometimes further out buy from us. It gets hot in the kitchen area during the summer months. Opening the windows and keeping going is all we can do. No marketing department exists here. We just make the food, pack it up, and sell it. If the quality is okay, people come back. That’s the simple way we look at it. There’s always a lot of noise from the water tank area, but we’re used to it. We usually wrap things up by seven in the evening.
