Demei Chef

We are located at Hr-8 in the Balaji Complex, right by Pul Pahlad Pur in New Delhi. Demei Chef isn't a big fancy restaurant with a velvet rope. We are more of a practical operation focused on the food side of things. The complex is always humming with activity, and our spot is usually filled with the smell of whatever is being worked on that day. Delhi is a fast-paced city, and Pul Pahlad Pur is no exception. We have our kitchen area and a small space for handling the business side. Most of our day is spent prepping, cooking, or talking to suppliers about ingredients. We do not have a team of marketing people writing scripts for us. We just know our way around a kitchen. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it is what we do. The Balaji Complex is easy enough to find if you know the area. We have had some long days here, especially when big orders come in at the same time. Sometimes things get a bit messy in the heat of the afternoon, but that is just how it goes when you are actually working. We are not trying to be world-famous; we just want to make sure the food is right and the customers are satisfied. It is a simple setup for people who really care about what they are making.
