Shiva Impex India

Shiva Impex India is located at A-87 in the lower ground floor at Malviya Nagar. Being in the LGF means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice when the Delhi heat really starts to kick in. The space is a bit narrow. We have to be careful about where we stack the incoming crates so nobody trips. Malviya Nagar is a crowded place. There is always someone shouting or a scooter honking right outside the vents. We’ve got a few desks pushed up against the walls and a lot of lighting because the sun doesn't really reach back here. It’s a busy spot. We spend the morning sorting through what came in the day before and the afternoon getting things ready to go out again. There is usually a stack of courier slips sitting on the main desk. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. Most of the people we deal with have been working with us for a while, so they know the way down the stairs. It’s a functional setup. We don't have fancy furniture, just the stuff that works and keeps the files organized. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the overhead fans whirring all day long while we get through the lists.
