We operate Sassy Foods Llp from D-64 in Panchsheel Enclave. This is our main spot in South Delhi. It is a residential-feeling area but we have got our setup here to handle our food business. It is not a massive factory, just a decent-sized place where we get the work done. A few of us are here every morning starting the prep. We have been in New Delhi for some time now and Panchsheel Enclave is a good base for us. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the 110017 area code. We do not have a glossy brochure or a big marketing department. It is mostly just us answering the phones and packing things up. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders coming in at once, but we figure it out as we go. We try to be reliable with what we do. It is a practical business. We are not trying to be the most famous name in town, just a steady one. The neighbors know us, and we try to keep the noise down. Usually, you will find the door open and someone busy with a task inside. We like the pace of things here. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time.
