Our place, Sarna Exports International, is tucked into 204, Okhla Industrial Estate. Being in Phase-III means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses doing their own thing. It's a busy part of the city, and the roads are usually full of delivery vehicles and workers. Our office at 204 isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where everything happens for us. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows us by name. The work keeps us fairly occupied most days. We deal with all the typical stuff you’d expect in an industrial setting. There’s noise from the neighboring units and the sound of the estate never really stops. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to make us sound more important than we are. Sarna Exports International is just a group of people working out of a standard industrial unit. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay on top of things. Some days are slower than others, but that is just how it goes. The address is easy to find if you know Okhla. We share the area with plenty of other export houses and workshops. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We just show up, do the work, and manage the day. It’s a practical setup for what we do.
