Our office is located at 303, Bhanot Corner, which is right in Pamposh Enclave in Greater Kailash. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, but it keeps us moving. Saraswati Overseas Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this room for some time. There’s always a lot of paperwork on the desks and the sound of phones ringing in the background. Greater Kailash can get quite crowded with traffic, so the noise from the street usually drifts up to us. We’ve got desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of files tucked into corners. It’s not a very big place, but it works for what we need to get done. The light coming through the windows in the afternoon is nice, though it can make the computer screens hard to see sometimes. We spend our hours talking to people and managing the logistics of everything we move overseas. Sometimes the lift in Bhanot Corner acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. There is always someone coming in or out with an envelope or a package. It is a busy environment but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. We just sit here, drink our coffee, and handle the business as it comes in. It’s a straightforward place with no extra frills or fancy decorations.
