Ritomate International

Our place is located in Okhla Industrial Area, specifically at B-166 in Phase-I. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and workers moving around. Ritomate International operates out of a standard industrial unit. It’s mostly desks, some storage space, and a lot of paperwork. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking emails about shipments. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. The air in Okhla is always thick with the smell of factories and exhaust, which is something you just get used to after a week. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. The building itself is older, with those heavy metal doors and concrete floors that stay cold in the winter. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one by the entrance. Most of our visitors are delivery drivers or people we’ve known for years. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab food from one of the local stalls nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the orders processed. It's a steady rhythm that works for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent operation here. We deal with whatever problems come up as they happen and move forward.
