Our place is over in East of Kailash, specifically at 298 Prakash Colony. It's a bit of a quiet area, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we handle. We deal with exports, mainly art pieces and related items that need careful packing and shipping. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and making sure the paperwork matches up with what's actually in the crate. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a handful of us who know the routine by heart now. The office gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the packaging materials, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and the locals around the colony know us as the people always loading or unloading something. It isn't always smooth sailing, especially when there are delays at the port or a supplier sends the wrong thing, but we manage to sort it out eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our jobs right so the stuff gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due, grabbing some tea from the shop around the corner to keep us going. It's practical work for practical people, and that's exactly how we like it. We just keep the boxes moving and the records updated as best as we can.
