Raj Export Company

Raj Export Company is located in the basement at D/56 on Khanpur Main Road. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. It is a large enough space for our stock, but it can get a bit dark if the lights aren't all on. We spend most of our time down here checking orders and getting things ready for transport. Khanpur Main Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking and the engines all day long. It makes getting trucks in for loading a bit of a challenge, but we’ve gotten used to the timing. We don't have any big windows to look out of, so we just focus on the work at hand. It’s a lot of manual work, moving crates and organizing the inventory. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small group of us who know how to get the job done. We keep things pretty informal around here. There is usually a pot of tea going in the corner. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. People find us through the trade or by stopping by the basement when they are in Khanpur. It’s a simple setup that works for what we need to do. The rent is fair and the location is convenient for the transport trucks, even with all the crazy traffic on the main road outside our stairs.
