Our office is tucked away on the third floor of the B 18 building in Lajpat Nagar. It's part of that Old Double Story area in Amar Colony, which has its own unique charm. If you’ve spent any time around New Delhi, you know how these neighborhoods feel. They are busy, a bit crowded, and always full of life. We’ve been operating from this particular floor for quite some time now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb since it’s the third floor and there is no elevator, but you get used to it after a week or two. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, tall stacks of files, and people working. It’s not a showy place at all. We focus on the business at hand without any distractions. Sometimes the power flickers, or the street noise from Amar Colony drifts up through the windows, but that’s just part of being here. We have a small team handling the administrative side of things. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, especially during the summer months when the air conditioning has to work extra hard. Most people who come to see us are looking for the specific plot in B 18. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking closely at the building signs. We don't have a big reception area, just a door and a small spot to wait. We stay busy with the paperwork and managing things from this central spot.
