Online Clothes Shopping

This is our main spot in Okhla Phase 1, specifically at F-90/2. It’s where most of the work happens for the clothes we sell. We aren't a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we manage the stock and handle all the orders that come through the website. Okhla is a busy place, plenty of trucks and traffic every single morning, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a headache. We have a small team here. Some of us spend the whole day just folding things and putting them in bags. Others are sitting at the computers making sure the labels are printed right. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure we don’t lose track of what’s in the boxes. The office at Ikon Retail is pretty functional. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just rows of clothes and packing materials. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the industrial area noise, but we’re used to it by now. We try to get everything shipped out as fast as we can, but some days are busier than others. If you’re ever in this part of Delhi, you’ll see it’s just a lot of warehouses and small businesses like ours trying to keep up with everything. We don't have much time for fancy talk, we just focus on the clothes and getting them out.
