North Point Hospital

North Point Hospital is situated at S/357 Panchsheel Park, right on the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. This is a major route, so there is a constant stream of cars and buses zooming past the building at all hours of the day and night. Being on such a busy road means that we are very easy to find, even if you are coming from further away like Gurgaon or central Delhi. The building itself is quite noticeable once you are on the main road. Inside, the hospital is always humming with the sound of activity. We have different departments spread across the floors, and there is usually someone at the desk to tell you which way to go. It is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but the staff will point you in the right direction. We deal with a lot of different medical cases every day. The atmosphere is very practical and no-nonsense. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on the people who come in for help. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded with families waiting for news, and it can get a little loud, but that is just how it is in a busy hospital. We have been here on the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road for a long time, and we have seen the area change a lot over the years while we just keep doing our work inside.
