You can find us at E-18 in Defence Colony, which is right near the Main Ring Road. Being so close to the Ring Road means it is easy to get to, but it also means there is usually a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Defence Colony is a nice area, and we have been tucked away in this spot for a while. The clinic isn't huge like a main hospital, which makes it feel a bit more manageable for people who don't want to deal with big crowds. We have a few rooms set up for consultations and some basic equipment. The entrance is right off the street, and there’s usually a bit of space to drop someone off, though parking for a long time can be tricky in this part of Delhi. Inside, we keep things pretty quiet when we can. The staff usually knows who is coming in for their appointments. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything, just a water cooler and some magazines that are probably a few months old. It's the kind of place where you come for a specific reason and then head back home. We try to keep the wait times down, but sometimes things take longer than expected if a patient needs more time. It is a practical little clinic in a busy neighborhood. We just do our work and help the people who walk through the door. We stay open for the hours we set and the staff stays busy with the paperwork.
