You can find us over at Shaheen Bagh, specifically in the Abul Fazal Enclave. We are on the ground floor of building F- 34, which makes it easy for people to walk straight in from the street. Abul Fazal Enclave-i is a crowded area, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. Being on the ground floor is handy for patients who have trouble with stairs. We’ve been operating in this spot for a bit, and it’s a very lived-in neighborhood. There is a lot of energy here. Inside, the hospital isn't very large, but we’ve arranged things to make the most of the floor plan. We get a lot of people from the nearby blocks who just walk over when they aren't feeling well. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we’re doing. We don’t use any of that fancy marketing talk because we are just a local medical facility doing our thing. Some days the paperwork piles up, and other days we are just waiting for the next person to arrive. It’s a plain, functional space meant for healthcare. We keep the registers updated and try to manage the flow as best as we can. It’s just us here at the Enclave, taking care of whoever walks through that front door. We've seen many seasons pass from this ground floor window, and the neighborhood just keeps growing around us every year.
