We’ve been at this spot in Sarita Vihar for a while now. You can find us right on the ground floor of the Platinum Lounge. It’s on the Delhi-Mathura Road, so it stays pretty busy around here most days. Room -1 is where we handle things. The traffic outside can be a bit loud sometimes, but inside we just focus on getting through the daily tasks. It isn't a fancy setup or anything, just a practical place for folks to come when they need to see someone. Most of the staff here have been around the neighborhood for years. We know the shortcut through the back streets to avoid the main road jams. The waiting area has some chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We try to keep things moving so people don’t have to sit there too long. It’s mostly about managing the flow of patients and making sure paperwork stays organized. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it’s hot outside, but we manage. People stop by after work or early in the morning. We just open the doors and get started. It’s a job like any other, really. We see a lot of faces throughout the week. Some are regulars from nearby blocks and others are just passing through. We don’t do big speeches. We just show up at Sarita Vihar and do what’s on the schedule. Our tea kettle is usually on in the back for the staff. It's a modest place that works for us.
