M I Heart Clinic is located at C-36 in Sarita Vihar. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s a residential area that stays fairly busy throughout the day. Our clinic is tucked into the neighborhood, making it easy for people nearby to reach us without having to go to the giant hospitals. It’s a specialized place, so we mostly see people coming in for heart-related checkups. The waiting room isn’t huge, but it has enough seats for the people who arrive for their appointments. You’ll usually see some medical equipment like ECG machines around, and there’s always the sound of printers going as we get the reports ready. We don't have any flashy advertisements or a big corporate vibe here. It’s just a small team of us working in the rooms, talking to patients about their blood pressure or their latest test results. The walls have a few posters about health, and the desks are usually covered in notes and medical files. Sarita Vihar is a nice place to be based, even if parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on the task at hand, which is getting through the day’s schedule and making sure everyone gets their turn with the doctor. It’s a quiet, serious kind of place, but we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for the folks who come in to see us at C-36.
