Our place is located at D-42 Johri Fram, over in the Noor Nagar Extension of Jammia Nagar, Okhla. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. We spend our days dealing with exports, which basically means a lot of packing, checking boxes, and making sure everything is labeled correctly. The warehouse floor can get pretty crowded when we have a big shipment going out. We work with a lot of different suppliers and try to keep everything moving smoothly so things don't sit around for too long. My shoes are usually worn down from walking back and forth across the concrete all day. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the records and handle the computer work. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through Okhla. We’re not a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us who know the routine. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the shipping schedules and all the little details that come with exporting goods out of the country. We just do our bit and keep the boxes moving. It’s what we know how to do best here at Omaxe India Export. We’re just regular people working a job.
