Our office and shop is at D-75 in the Malviya Nagar Main Market. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets, especially in the evenings. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. We deal with coffee, but it’s mostly the business side of things from this location. We have some samples around and a desk where we handle the orders. It’s a lot of coordination with different suppliers and shops. The market is always loud with people shouting and horns honking. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the phone, but we make do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are steep, but it’s a good location because everyone passes by. We get a lot of walk-ins asking what we do. We tell them we handle coffee and sometimes they buy a bag or two. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lights. We just keep the files organized and the coffee moving. It’s a lot of work staying on top of everything in such a busy place, but we like the energy of the market. There's a tea stall downstairs that makes good chai, so we're there often just to take a quick break.
