Neil Overseas

Neil Overseas is located in Kailash Plaza, specifically at 252-H in Sant Nagar, East of Kailash. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here. Our office isn't very big, and it’s usually piled up with papers and samples from different places. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to keep track of things moving from one place to another. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We handle the paperwork and the logistics for overseas stuff. It sounds more complicated than it is, really it's just a lot of coordinating. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us trying to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the internet goes out or the courier is late, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't some massive firm with a lobby and a receptionist. You walk in and you're pretty much right in the middle of where we work. We like it that way because we can talk to each other without having to get up. It is a practical way to run things, even if it feels a bit cramped on the busy days when shipments are due. We just do the best we can to keep track of the details.
