Nancy Craft

Nancy Craft is located at 8/39 in Jangpura Extension. If you've ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how the lanes can be a bit confusing at first. We are tucked into one of those blocks where everyone seems to know everyone else. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep all our supplies and samples. It’s often a bit cluttered because we always have something new coming in or going out. There is a lot of movement in the morning when we all get in. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny logo on the wall. It’s more of a place where we sit down and get our hands dirty with the work. The area has some great food nearby, so lunch is usually the highlight of our day. Being in Jangpura means we are close to a lot of things, but the parking can be a real nightmare if you aren't careful. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the city and the constant activity outside our window. It feels very alive. We focus on the daily tasks, checking orders, and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we lose track of time when things get busy. It isn't perfect, but it’s our space and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to us after all this time.
