My Kind Of Street Cafe

My Kind Of Street Cafe is tucked into the Old Double Storey area of Amar Colony in Lajpat Nagar IV. If you’ve ever walked through these streets, you know they are narrow and always full of people moving around. Our place is quite small, and we’ve tried to make it work with the space we have at 41468. It’s a lot of simple stuff on the menu that people in this neighborhood like to eat when they’re hanging out with friends. We have some stools and small tables, but it often gets crowded, so people end up standing around outside. The kitchen is tiny, so we have to be really organized to keep the food coming out on time. We get a lot of students from the nearby colleges and people who live in the flats right above us. There’s always music playing, usually just something one of the staff members picked on their phone. The walls have some posters and bits of art that have been there since we opened. We spend a lot of time dealing with the deliveries and making sure we don't run out of ingredients in the middle of a rush. It’s not a fancy cafe by any means, just a practical spot in Amar Colony where you can get a bite without any fuss. It feels like a part of the neighborhood, and we like it that way. Working here keeps us busy all day long.
