M/S. Doll Craft

M/S. Doll Craft is located at Plot No. 185 in the Rajpur Khurd Extension. We are right near the MCD Primary School, so we hear the bell ring and the kids playing every day during their lunch breaks. It’s a nice reminder of the time passing. New Delhi 110 068 is a busy place, but our plot is tucked away just enough to be manageable. The building is a bit plain, but it’s got enough room for what we need to do. We don’t have a big sales team or a fancy lobby. Mostly, it’s just the smell of materials and the sound of people working in the back. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We don’t really talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps for a bit if the weather is decent. It’s a very straightforward place. We know the shopkeepers on the corner and the people who live in the surrounding houses. It’s a small community and we are just one part of it. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our daily routine. It works for us and the crew.
