Our brewery operations are centered at C-153/2 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1. It is a massive place with a lot of big tanks and pipes running everywhere. The smell of grain and fermentation is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here. It’s a loud environment with the bottling lines clinking and the trucks backing into the loading docks. We have a lot of people working shifts to keep things running smoothly around the clock. Okhla is a hectic place to be, with constant traffic and dust from the industrial activity, but it’s a good hub for distribution. Our office is tucked into a corner of the main building, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the production floor. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we are more concerned with the temperature of the vats and the supply of hops. The team here is a mix of veteran brewers who have seen it all and younger folks learning the ropes. We often stay late when a new batch is being finished, just to make sure everything is going as it should. It is hard, physical work that requires a lot of attention to detail, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the crates get loaded onto the trucks at the end of the day. We just focus on the brewing and leave the rest to others.
