We spend most of our days at Plot No. 76 in Okhla Phase 3. It's a busy spot right near the Govind Puri Metro Station, so getting here isn't too hard for most folks who work with us or come by for meetings. Being part of the Mitsubishi Elevator India team means we deal with a lot of heavy machinery and technical components every single day. Lifts and elevators are complicated things, and we've been operating from this specific location for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy or over-the-top, just a solid workspace where we manage the technical stuff and the logistics for the lifts we install and maintain. Usually, the phone is ringing off the hook or someone is huddled over a table checking a blueprint for a new project. We see people coming and going from the metro all day long through the windows. It’s a very grounded environment. If you walk past the plot, you’ll see our gate and probably a few service vans parked out front. It’s mostly about keeping things moving for people in buildings across the city. We have a crew here that knows these machines inside out. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send one of the younger guys down the street to fetch more, but that's just how it goes in a real working office. We handle the paperwork, the parts, and the scheduling from these desks. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we stay focused. It’s steady work.
