Minar Salon

Our shop, Minar Salon, is located at A-25 on Batra Road in Sangam Vihar. If you are looking for us, we are right by the Union Bank ATM, which is where most people tell their friends to meet. Sangam Vihar is a crowded place, and our street is no different. There are always bikes and people moving around outside. We opened this place because we wanted to have a steady job in our own neighborhood. The shop is small and simple. We have the basic barber chairs and a couple of mirrors that have seen better days. We do a lot of beard trims and basic haircuts. Most of the people who come in live just a few streets away. We talk a lot about local stuff, like the water supply or the price of vegetables, while we work. It is more than just cutting hair; it is where the men in the area come to sit for a bit. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn't stop anyone from coming in. We keep a small radio playing in the corner sometimes, just for some background noise. It is a humble spot, nothing like those fancy places in South Delhi, but we do the work honestly and treat everyone who walks through the door with respect. That’s just how we do things here every day of the week.
