Our workshop is tucked away in Phase-I of Okhla, specifically at D-92/8. It’s a busy spot, like most of this industrial area. We spend most of our mornings dealing with drawings and metal parts. It gets loud once the machines start up around 9:00 AM. The coffee shop down the street is where we usually grab a quick break when things get too hectic. Engineering is one of those things where you’re always fixing something that just broke. We have a small team, mostly guys who have been doing this for years. They know the sounds of the lathes better than I do. We aren't a big flashy company with a glass front office. It's just a lot of grease, steel, and hard work. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we all just wait outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s just the way it is here in Okhla. We handle whatever comes through the door, mostly local stuff. It’s practical work. You learn to deal with the heat in the summer and the cramped space. We keep our tools organized, or at least we try to, but by Friday the place is usually a bit of a mess. We clean it up and start again on Monday. That's the rhythm of the place, and we're used to it.
