Mellcon Engineeres P.Ltd. is located at B-297 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I. Okhla is a tough place to get around sometimes because of all the trucks and the delivery vans. Our building is right in the middle of it all. Inside, it’s all business. We have a factory floor where we build industrial dryers and gas plants. It’s loud and there’s always something being welded or moved around. The office part is on one side, separated by some glass that’s usually a bit smudged. We’ve got a lot of old blueprints lying around and some desks that have been here since the place opened. It’s a real industrial vibe. We don't spend much on decor. Most of the money goes back into the tools and the materials. The staff is a mix of older guys who know everything and some younger ones learning the ropes. We eat lunch together when we can, usually talking about the projects or the local news. The power goes out occasionally, which is just part of being in this area. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just build the machines and send them out. It’s been our way for a long time now. No corporate fluff, just engineering and hard work in the heart of Okhla. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s home for us during the day. We just keep the production lines moving.
