Our office is tucked away in Khanpur, specifically at B-190 on the third floor of Duggal Colony. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs since the building doesn't have a fancy elevator, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating here in New Delhi for some time, focusing on the energy and construction side of things. Not many places like ours have marble floors or expensive art. Mostly, you'll find just desks, a few computers, and stacks of project folders that we try to keep organized. Because the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. A small group of people works here who know how to handle the technical details of the work. Sometimes the power cuts out for a minute and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this part of town. When things get too busy, someone usually goes to grab tea from the stall downstairs. Everyone keeps their heads down and deals with the contracts and site plans that come across the desks. It’s steady work and we like the neighborhood well enough despite the noise from the street outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets its work done reliably every day.
