You can find us right on Main MG Road, where there is always plenty of traffic and noise. We have a lot of furniture and different craft items sitting around the shop floor. Most of what we do involves working with wood and making things by hand. Because of that, there is usually a bit of sawdust on the floor and the smell of polish in the air. We build things like chairs, tables, and smaller decorative pieces for houses. It is a workshop more than a fancy store. People driving along MG Road often pull over to see what we have finished recently. We have a few workers who have been doing carpentry for a long time and they really know how to handle the tools. We do not rush the work because wood takes time to dry and set properly. Sometimes we have scraps of timber piled up in the corner that we use for smaller projects. It is not a polished environment like you would find in a big mall. It is a real place where things get built from scratch. We do not have a big team of sales people. Usually, it is just us showing you what we have made and explaining how it was put together. We like the grit of the work and seeing a piece of furniture go from a rough plank to something someone can actually use in their home.
