Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Dabar) is tucked away at N-75 Hari Nagar Ext. Jaitpur Badarpur. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not originally from around this area, but we actually like it that way. We are mostly focused on the food side of things here. Our work days start very early in the morning because that is just how the food business has to work. There is a lot of prep work, a lot of cleaning, and plenty of heavy boxes moving in and out of the doors. The office and the workspace we have in Hari Nagar Ext. are not exactly what you would call glamorous. It is much more about function and getting the job done. We have ovens, prep tables, and a lot of people moving around quickly trying not to bump into each other. We do not have a marketing department writing fancy stories about what we do. We are just a group of people making food and getting it to where it needs to go. Sometimes the delivery truck is running late, or we run out of a certain ingredient, and we just have to figure it all out on the fly. That is just life here in Jaitpur Badarpur. We have been at this address for a bit, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. We just keep doing our thing and making bites of food for people to eat.
