Liquid Kitchen

Liquid Kitchen is located over at 31 and 32 in Defence Colony. It’s a decent spot in a part of town that usually stays quite active. We set up here because it felt like a good place to be, and we’ve stayed since. It’s not the biggest place you’ll find, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. Most days it’s just about keeping up with the orders and making sure the counters stay organized. We aren't trying to be the most modern place on the block. We just provide what people ask for. The street outside can get a little cramped with cars, especially in the evenings, but inside it’s just the usual kitchen noise and stuff being moved around. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live nearby or they’re visiting someone in Defence Colony. It’s a practical setup. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when it’s hot out, but that’s just the way it goes in this line of work. We’ve got a few tables and the usual equipment. It’s a local business, run by local people. We aren't fancy and we don't try to be. Just a regular shop at 31 32 doing what we do every day. There is no need for big speeches when the work speaks for itself and the customers keep coming back.
