Kumar Exporters (India)

Our office is located at 128, Sant Nagar, right in the East of Kailash area. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here at this same address for a good many years. Kumar Exporters (India) isn't a massive operation, even if the name sounds a bit formal. It’s mostly just a few of us in a room filled with papers and samples. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it because there's always something else to do. Being in Sant Nagar means there’s always something happening outside the window. We see the same people walking by every morning. It’s a practical location for us. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. We just handle our exports and keep our heads down. The space at 128 is a bit tight sometimes when we have a lot of stock moving through, but we make it work. It feels like a real workplace, not some polished showroom. We have our old desks and chairs that have been with us since we opened. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of life here. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a simple way to run things.
