Kottage India

We are based in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase-II at D-10/6. If you know Okhla, you know it is all about hard work and industry. There are trucks moving all the time and the sound of machinery is everywhere. Our place, Kottage India, fits right into that environment. It is a practical space, mostly used for storing things and getting orders ready. We don't have any fancy carpets or air-conditioned lobbies. It is just a workspace with high ceilings and a lot of boxes. We spend our days checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It can be a bit tiring because the area is so busy and the air is often thick with the smell of nearby factories. But we like the grit of it. It feels like real work is happening here. We are just regular people trying to run a business without any fuss. No one here wears a tie or uses big professional jargon. We just talk like we always do. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery trucks are late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It is not a perfect setup, but it is ours. We have been in Phase-II for quite a while now and we know the streets like the back of our hand. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is concrete, but it is where we get things done.
