Kcl Food Solutions Private Limited is based over in Sarita Vihar at E-292. It’s a nice area, though it can get pretty busy during rush hour. We decided to set up here because it’s a central enough spot for our operations. We deal with food solutions, which basically means we spend our days making sure our clients get what they need for their own food businesses. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our workspace organized so we can find things quickly, though it sometimes gets messy when a big shipment arrives. There are just a few of us here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I’m on the phone, the next day I’m helping load a truck. We don't have a big handbook or anything; we just use common sense. Sarita Vihar has its own pace, and we’ve fit into it over the years. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who deliver our mail. It feels like a real community. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We just want to be reliable. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them right away. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the food industry rules and making sure everything is clean and tidy. We’re just happy to be working and doing something we understand. It's a living.
