Jyotish Lal Kitab

We are Jyotish Lal Kitab, located over in Kalkaji at 1785 B 7. It’s a decent-sized area, and our spot is just one of many along the street. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing. It’s a small operation, mostly just us and the books we use. The space isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do. We aren't into that corporate style of running things. No one wears a suit here. We just dress for the weather and get to work. Kalkaji is a lively place, so there's always something happening outside our door. We’ve got a routine that works for us, starting early and finishing when the work is done. Some people have trouble finding B 7 the first time, but once you know where it is, it's easy. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. We just rely on being here and being honest with people who walk in. It’s a very local feel, almost like visiting a neighbor. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers and things scattered around, but we know where everything is. We just want to keep things simple and helpful for whoever stops by. It’s just a regular local business in a busy part of Delhi, nothing more to it than that. We enjoy the pace of things here and the people we meet.
