Divya Jyotish

We are tucked away in Lajpat Nagar II, over in the Vinobhapuri area at number 32. It is a lively part of the city, and there is always something going on right outside the door. Divya Jyotish is not a big corporate office. It is a place where we sit down with people and look at their birth charts. We have some old wooden furniture and a few pictures on the walls. It feels more like a living room than an office, to be honest. People come in with all sorts of worries, and we just sit and talk through what the stars are showing us. The street outside can be quite loud, especially during the festival seasons, but inside we try to keep things a bit more calm. We have a lot of regular visitors who have been coming to see us for years. Sometimes they just bring a bit of news from their families. We do not use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper because that is how we learned. It gets quite busy in the evenings after people finish their jobs. We just take it one person at a time and try to give them the time they need. It is a simple setup, and we like it that way because it keeps things personal and real for everyone who walks in. The light in the room is a bit dim, but it makes the place feel more private. We usually have a bit of incense burning to keep the air smelling fresh despite the city dust outside.
