We are located at X-2 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. If you know the area, you know it is all about heavy trucks and narrow lanes filled with workers. Our space is functional, nothing more. We have some heavy shelving and a couple of old desks that have seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get it done. We are too busy keeping track of our inventory and making sure the orders go out on the right day. It gets noisy with the factory next door, but we’ve gotten used to the humming. We don’t do anything fancy here. We just receive goods, check them over, and ship them back out. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just the way it is in this part of town. We eat our lunch together most days, usually something brought from home in tiffin boxes. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty words for us. We just know how to handle the logistics of our business. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning to deal with whatever problems come our way, whether it's a broken pallet, a late truck, or a lost delivery driver.
